Detached house XXIV Maggio - Gemini
Gemini is a small fraction of the municipality of Ugento, located about 8 km. away from the nearby seaside town of Torre San Giovanni. It is in a "strategic" position because despite being inland, it allows you to quickly reach numerous and splendid seaside resorts on the Ionian coast of Salento south of Gallipoli; among others we can mention Torre Suda, Lido Marini, Marina di Pescoluse, Torre Vado, Marina di S. Gregorio and S. Maria di Leuca.
The cottage is about 260 square meters with in addition a courtyard and a garden for as many 440 square meters. It can accommodate up to fifteen people and is composed of:
- entrance,
- kitchen,
- living room with one double sofa ben,
- four rooms with a total of thirteen beds,
- two bathrooms with shower,
- large garden with two outdoor showers.
Services: TV, hairdryer, washing machine, central heating, air conditioning (air conditioners in the corridor - the energy consumption for using the air conditioners will be paid on site), outdoor showers and barbecue.
