Tevere apartment in Santa Cesarea Terme
The apartment is located in a panoramic area of Santa Cesarea and from its large terrace you can enjoy a splendid view that reaches up to Santa Maria di Leuca; on some particular days, you can admire the mountains of Albania and the island of Corfu.
Structured for up to six people, it is located on the first floor of a small building. Arriving at the entrance you will stop to look at a breathtaking panorama, the sea.
Upon entering you will find the very spacious living room with a table, chairs, double sofa bed, rocking chair, TV and a large window overlooking the sea. On the left you will find the sleeping area with 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and a single bed and two bathrooms. In one room there is a TV.
From the living room proceed towards the well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge, freezer, electric oven, 5 gas hobs and also from the kitchen window you will be accompanied by the wonderful view of the sea.
From the kitchen you will be able to access the outdoor space, a large terrace (about 90m2) equipped with tables, chairs, sunbeds, barbecue, outdoor shower, a sink and the wonderful sea view (you will be able to admire the sea from the rising of the sun to the dead of night) but you can also admire the beautiful pine forest of Santa Cesarea Terme, you will be surrounded by Salento colors.

televisions, Wi Fi, hairdryer, fan coils in all rooms, washing machine, barbecue, electric adjustable shutters, iron, ironing bord and mosquito nets.
The house has been recently renovated and is located in a strategic position as it is both close to the sea (200m and you can dive into the crystal clear waters of the sea of Santa Cesarea Terme - cliff) and to the center of the town (600m).
Parking is in front of the house, free of charge.
